Reservation and cancellation policy.
To reserve a shoot we require 50% of the shoot price as a deposit, the rest is due on the date of the shoot. For on-location shoots 100% of the shoot price is required two weeks prior to the shoot. Full refund is offered up to one month prior to the originally scheduled shoot date. Deposits are not refunded if cancellation occurs within two weeks of the shoot. There is a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee if the cancellation or rescheduling occurs within two weeks of the scheduled shoot date. There is a lot of organizing that goes on behind the scenes, a team is assembled for each shoot, etc… so this policy helps ensure a reliable schedule.
